Overview: My Boat Store is seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on assembling products into bundles, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment to fulfillment warehouses.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Assembly:

   • Assemble products into bundles according to established guidelines and quality standards.
   • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly.

2. Order Fulfillment:

   • Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and order specifications.
   • Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.

3. Inventory Management:

   • Assist in keeping track of inventory levels.
   • Participate in periodic stock counts and reconciliation efforts.

4. Packaging and Shipment Preparation:

   • Safely and efficiently prepare items for shipment to fulfillment warehouses.
   • Properly label and package items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

5. Warehouse Organization:

   • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
   • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
